Client references and mission visuals are published with the consent of the clients concerned. Trademarks mentioned (Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, DJI, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

OHM WORKS strives to keep information accurate and up to date. Accuracy figures (XY < 3 cm, Z < 5 cm, volumetric tolerance ± 1 %) reflect our standard protocols and are confirmed contractually for each mission. Indicative price ranges published on the site do not constitute a firm offer; only a signed quote binds OHM WORKS. Interactive maps and demonstrations rely on third-party sources (NASA FIRMS, GDACS, Open-Meteo, CelesTrak) provided without warranty.

7. Governing law

The site is governed by Beninese law for services performed by OHM WORKS SARL and by French law for those performed by OHM WORKS micro-entreprise. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of Cotonou (Benin) or Le Mans (France), depending on the contracting entity.
