OHM WORKS only collects the data strictly necessary to answer your requests. The site sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no third-party trackers.

2. Data collected and purposes
The only direct collection of personal data takes place through the contact and quote request form.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quote, feasibility study) and OHM WORKS' legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
The form includes an anti-spam mechanism (hidden field and input timestamp). Submissions identified as automated are rejected; their technical headers are kept in the hosting provider's logs for 30 days for security purposes.
3. Recipients and processors
- Messages are received exclusively by OHM WORKS management at thom.bouttier@ohm-works.com.
- Site hosting and execution: Vercel Inc. (United States), served from the Frankfurt region. Vercel privacy policy.
- Delivery of form emails: Resend Inc. (United States). Resend privacy policy.
These providers are established in the United States. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in their terms of service. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention periods
- Enquiries with no commercial follow-up: 12 months after the last exchange.
- Enquiries leading to a quote or a mission: duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the statutory limitation periods (5 years in France, 5 years in Benin) and accounting retention (10 years).
- Hosting provider technical logs: 30 days.
5. Analytics and cookies
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, cookieless audience measurement tools that record no individual identifier and cannot track a visitor across sites. They are exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines. No advertising cookie, social media pixel or profiling tool is used. The only cookies set are technical (language choice) and strictly necessary for the site to function.
Some demonstration pages embed third-party content (3D models, maps). This content is loaded from our own servers or from public CDNs without trackers.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Law No. 2017-20 of 20 April 2018 establishing the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights by email at thom.bouttier@ohm-works.com. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with Benin's Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP) or with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted to OHM WORKS' inbox and is not stored in any site database.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The last update date appears at the top of the page. See also our legal notice.
